How much does it cost for 5 specialists?
5 specialists fit into the «Business» tier (up to 15 specialists). We'll lock in the exact price on the demo — tiers are in early access right now, and you can reserve a spot at a discount.
Can we migrate from another CRM without losing data?
Yes. At launch we import your client base and booking history from CSV, Excel or JSON. Typically 1 working day.
What happens to my bookings if the platform stops working?
Export to Excel is available from the admin panel anytime — unlimited. Your data stays yours.
Who pays for the client's SMS?
Telegram notifications go through the bot — free. SMS fallback (when Telegram fails to deliver within 5 minutes) is included in the tier. If you already have a contract with an SMS operator — we can connect it.
Does the voice assistant use my number or a new one?
Both options. You can forward your existing number to the assistant — the client calls as usual. Or dedicate a separate SIP number for the assistant.
Can I cancel after a month?
First 14 days after launch — free. Cancel without penalty and without explanation at any moment. No contractual commitment.
