Terms of Use
1. General provisions
These Terms govern the use of the PoZapisi platform (hereafter «Service»). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree with the Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Service — the PoZapisi platform: pozapisi.kz website, Business Dashboard, Telegram Mini App, mobile apps.
- Business — a Service user providing services to clients.
- Client — the end consumer booking with a Business.
- Tier — set of features and limits published at pozapisi.kz/en/#pricing.
3. Registration and account
- Registration is available to individuals aged 18+ and legal entities.
- The data provided must be accurate and up to date.
- The user is obligated to keep credentials secret and not share them with third parties.
- The Service is not responsible for consequences of unauthorized access due to compromise of user credentials.
4. Use of the Service
- Use of the Service is permitted only for lawful purposes.
- Forbidden: spamming, phishing, fraud, hacking attempts, bypassing tier limits.
- It is forbidden to publish through the Service any materials that violate the laws of Kazakhstan.
- The Service may restrict access upon breach of these Terms.
5. Paid services
- Tiers and their composition are published at pozapisi.kz/en/#pricing.
- Trial period — 14 days free, no card required.
- Payment — monthly subscription, automatic billing.
- Upon cancellation — access remains until the end of the paid period. No refunds for unused remainder.
- The Service may change tiers with 30 days' notice.
6. Liability
The Service is provided «as is». We aim for 99.5% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is not liable for:
- Indirect losses (lost profits, reputational damage).
- Actions of third parties (Telegram, SMS provider, bank).
- Force-majeure circumstances.
The maximum aggregate liability of the Service to the Business is limited to the amount paid by the Business over the last 3 months.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service's source code, design, trademarks belong to the rights holder. Use without written permission is forbidden.
8. Termination
- The user may delete the account at any moment.
- The Service may terminate service upon breach of the Terms, with notice.
- On termination — data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes — in courts at the location of the rights holder.
